"Management, Lack of guidance and real managers, they have job postings for positions that I could do but they never asked if I wanted the position and ignored my applications for the given positions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay attention to your employees many of them are underutilized and over paid. while the busiest workers are paid the same as the workers that spend all day on face book."
