"The industry itself is very volatile and changes with the economy. It is not a stable profession unfortunately but that is also what makes it exciting. You hardly ever deal with the same thing twice."

The company was also well structured and management was a pleasure to work for as well as the rest of the staff. "I dont realy have nothing bad to say about working for indymac mac bank, with the exception of the traffic to get there. Over all great compant to work for."

"If the Company was still in existance I would suggest to management that they need to forcast and project future issues that could later be a problem for the whole company as it did recently."
