"Very demanding work schedule, not for everyone."

"None - I enjoyed working with each manager I had the pleasure of being assigned to."

"I enjoyed the structure of the bank. From the point of intake of an application through the close, the jobs were distributed well."

"As with most mortgage industry jobs, the compensation and/or expectation of work output was unrealistic."

"More perks for employees since the compensation wasn't that great. A balance of employees to work load need to be analyzed when peak times hit."

"I really enjoyed the training I received. They were very thorough and wanted to ensure everyone was trained on how to do their job."

"Unfortunately the company no longer exists."

"The industry itself is very volatile and changes with the economy. It is not a stable profession unfortunately but that is also what makes it exciting. You hardly ever deal with the same thing twice."

"Promotions from within needed more consideration."

"What I like most about working for Indymac Mac is the potencial for proffecional growth. The company was also well structured and management was a pleasure to work for as well as the rest of the staff. The company had great benefits, pay increases, and good compensation for your hard work. What you put in is what you got out of it."

"The only tips I would have for a person who is interviewing for Indymac Bank is to know a bit about the company and really show that you want to be part of the Indymac Bank family."

What don't you like about working at Indymac Bank?

"I dont realy have nothing bad to say about working for indymac mac bank, with the exception of the traffic to get there. Over all great compant to work for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If the Company was still in existance I would suggest to management that they need to forcast and project future issues that could later be a problem for the whole company as it did recently."
