"The environment was a 120 person site where we were on our own. The closest other site was 300 miles away and if we needed something done, it was up to us to get it done, often without direction."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to ride out the current storm. There will be some more changes coming. The industry is at a spot where there will be consolidation and you may have to switch companies. But the work is exciting and ground breaking."
What don't you like about working at Ericsson?
"Corporate management was overseas and it was often very difficult to know or understand their desires."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is in a tough spot, since the industry is in such a state of flux. I would say to be open and honest, even though that may lead to some people running scared and leaving."
