"Focus on how you will help the campus grow -- we're under new management and experiencing rapid growth, so people with ambition and energy are terrific additions."

"The fee remittance is only one course per semester. Salaries are somewhat low unless your an executive level or faculty member -- since we are funded largely by the IU network and state funds, bad economies mean no raises. :("
