"I have worked for ISU for almost three years in the Office of Communications and Marketing as a student programmer. The experience has been both fun and informative. The staff in the office are all caring people who will go out of their way to explain assignments further or just chat. The management is very understanding of a students hectic and sometimes unreliable schedule and do everything they can to accommodate your needs."

"I get involved with several very interesting projects and higher access levels than most students due to previous experience. (Root Access to most linux servers, for monitoring and maintaining, access to VMware cluster)"

"No, this job is great for any ISU tech student looking to greatly improve experience and become trusted with higher level projects as experience grows."

What don't you like about working at Indiana State University?

"Compensation for students is dismal. Full time positions are hard to come by."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, theyre doing their best as guided by the state of Indiana for higher education."
