"I worked for Independent Nutrition for 2 years to try and implement quality assurance, quality control system. Although I was successful in doing all the paperwork and setting up production control, testing, etc after 2 years it was only followed by maybe 5%. The management system is nonexistent, no organization, employees placed in the wrong position and no desire to be FDA compliant."
