"Well, I never did. They are from the UK. I did work on 18 global accounts, all had some for of presence in Germany. I speak fluent German."
What do you like about working at Vodafone?
"I reported to the Western Area VP. It was a family of professionals. I would say the best team I have ever worked with. By the way, again, it was not in Germany."

"Nothing. I was an independent consultant. After the Western Area VP rotated back to the UK, her replacement began chopping head count."

"Her name is JenI Du Sart Murray. She is now in Vodafone HQ in the UK. I welcome you to call her for a reference."

"Total incompetent egotist in Sr positions & IT Oracle / Tembo Applications management. They are more interested in their ego trips than the good of the company."

"Good people in operations etc. A little too much regulation of tasks. Pluses,,,,parties for b-day and Fridays are great mood uppers. Many jpeople"

"Actual work stations cheap and building dark. Cheap on work environment. A little too much regulation of tasks. Computer systems for users are old, and run by controling obsolete ego people who waste money and are never replaced."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get people in place who do a good job and show better systems for the workers. Don't let people rest on laurals and stay home to babysit when they should be working in the office. Several IT people don't even know business anymore but are in key positons so computer tools for workers add to time to work not help. Computer systems are obsolete and not getting any better."
