"Overall decent culture, could use improvement."
"Good company to work for."
"I have worked with InComm since 2015."
"I've worked for Incomm for 3 years and 8 months. The company is going through a decision point now, either continue to be run as a startup, or put the effort in to become an enterprise leader. The current management layer isn't able to run at the enterprise level, as the founder is involved in the daily routine of the company. As an employee there you will learn a lot, but you will put in a lot of hours(nights and weekends) without compensation."
"I've worked for InComm for a couple of years. It's been my first place of employment after college, but everyone says it's different from working at any other company. It is indeed fast-paced, but that gives you the opportunity to tackle more challenges in a short time frame and grow by leaps and bounds."
"Horrible, horrible place. If you have the luxury, seek gainful employment elsewhere. Nice co-workers, at times... horrible culture, training, environment, organization. If you like cronyism with your career opportunities, this is the place for you. This company will not get better until it is sold to someone that knows how to run a business better than the way it has been ran since its inception."
"Very talented organization with a strong mid level staff and very innovative leadership. Difficulty with prioritization of opportunities, needs alignment from top down to ensure improved success."
"Overall a great company and great place to work when you are on the right team."
"I survived 10 years there."
"Accepting the position at InComm had to be one of the worst decisions I've made in my professional career. The place is a constant revolving door with EXTREMELY poor management, and so much confusion, it'll make your head spin. I have never experienced a manager as untechnical and deceitful as the NOC Manager. They have had 4 CTO's in 4 years and they treated us like crap down in the NOC. Salary is HORRIBLE. Don't waste your time bothering with InComm. RUN... fast."
"The company was a great place to intern. I was given a real feel for the day to day activities of a project manager, while also given a challenging task to complete."
"InComm provided me the opportunity to work in an innovative environment on interesting products."
"It was a good job."
"Lots of opportunity to learn and change so many bad technical implementations."
