"I've worked for Incomm for 3 years and 8 months. The company is going through a decision point now, either continue to be run as a startup, or put the effort in to become an enterprise leader. The current management layer isn't able to run at the enterprise level, as the founder is involved in the daily routine of the company. As an employee there you will learn a lot, but you will put in a lot of hours(nights and weekends) without compensation."

It is indeed fast-paced, but that gives you the opportunity to tackle more challenges in a short time frame and grow by leaps and bounds."

"Accepting the position at InComm had to be one of the worst decisions I've made in my professional career. The place is a constant revolving door with EXTREMELY poor management, and so much confusion, it'll make your head spin. I have never experienced a manager as untechnical and deceitful as the NOC Manager. They have had 4 CTO's in 4 years and they treated us like crap down in the NOC. Salary is HORRIBLE. Don't waste your time bothering with InComm. RUN... fast."

What do you like about working at InComm?

"My favorirte part of each day is when I get to leave that hell hole. The manager's previous jobs must have been street walkers. The managers have a total and complete lack of competencey and the high turnover rate at the company will drive it out of business the moment any viable competition arrives in the marketplace."

"Run for your life. This job will kill you slowly and painfully"

What don't you like about working at InComm?

"The managers treat you like a prisioner. I believe they are going to start forcing us to wear ankle bracelets that monitor our every move which would still be better than the shock collars they were going to use"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all the current managers and replace them immediately. Anyone could do a better job than the current management team. Infact I believe most primates would do a better job than the current management team"

"Easy work low stress good pay great colleagues no boss hovering"

"Heard and seen horror stories at corporate look truce before jumping in"

"Freedom is great but you also need direction and goals to reach"

"Take more interest in the employees become involved not just in the business but the people offer bonuses"

"no future career path as all good jobs are going to other office"
