Incoe Employee

"I've been with the company for over 16 years, and had the opportunity to move through multiple departments. While working in many different departments, I was able to gain a better understanding of the company and their operation process. The company has a poor structure and is unwilling to make improvements where necessary. Current management staff is unwilling to make the necessary improvements to make themselves competitive in current competitive market."
