"It's an OK company to work for, however, the pay for most employees is not great. Also, the health insurance they offer is bare minimum and expensive. Most employees find it better to use their spouse's or buy their own independent health insurance. A 401K is provided but after 1 year of working for the company and they do not match. It's a great stepping stone but not a company that you'd want to stay for the long run."

"I worked at In-shape for about 5 months now and its a very unique company. They treat you with such respect and work with you so much. It may just be a fitness club but I'm able to acquire a lot of new characteristics out of it. Communication with the people is key and is what I strive to do. If your people are happy then its a win-win."
