"Lack of recognition, reward and just pay for work performed. Corporate politics that cause an environment that if you are politically connected, you get rewarded. Otherwise you're on the outside looking in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Closely evaluate the performance of the Director level positions. Many at this level are ineffective managers that have risen on the backs of their workers. Evaluate and compensate."
