"Opportunity for professional growth is minimal. Our company is small and promotion only exists when individuals leave the company. As I enter my final year of schooling, advancement is becoming more of a priority."

"Reward productivity accordingly. When a branch is rewarded equally for meeting goals, it is not very motivating for the people responsible when those who were not helpful are compensated as well."
