"I have worked with Imperial Capital since Feb 2013 on contractual position for .Net Development and Design, Analysis on day to day basis.It's a good ethical environment and good workplace but not good compensation, compared to work which I did and accomplished for the company, because of its contractual position."

"Demand control and nothing less. Demand complete respect and nothing less. Demand that you dictate the priorities or look else where for a CTO."

"I didn't want to leave but I can not work for those I do not respect or trust."

"I was not a customer service representative, but the manager of the real estate operations department. Freedom and trust to run the department as I saw fit. We were extremely successful."

"Time to lend differently (conservatively, creatively) in a depressed economy."

"Our work environment is fun, my co-workers treat each other like friends. As an undergraduate, ICB was always flexible with my school schedule when it posed a conflict. Now, as I progress towards my MBA, ICB is paying some of my tuition fees. They have been a great employer."

"Be yourself. ICB loves personalities."

What don't you like about working at Imperial Capital?

"Opportunity for professional growth is minimal. Our company is small and promotion only exists when individuals leave the company. As I enter my final year of schooling, advancement is becoming more of a priority."

"Reward productivity accordingly. When a branch is rewarded equally for meeting goals, it is not very motivating for the people responsible when those who were not helpful are compensated as well."
