"I have worked for ibml for several years. The company is under completely new management at the executive level which has brought improvements to some departments but not others. Several departments have been able to get additional resources needed while other mission critical departments struggle to keep good people and constantly stay understaffed. Poor personnel management issues are sometimes not dealt with in an equitable manner by HR which has caused loss of staffing. Upward mobility and training is often not offered to current employees, instead the company often goes outside to fill mid/high level positions. The general work environment is good and the staff has many great, hard working people at ibml."
