What do you like about working at IKON Office Solutions?

"Generally speaking, I like the freedom to do your job, assuming the manager of the week lets you."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Honestly, unless you are out of options, don't even apply, There is a reason Ikon and Ricoh have tanked more and more recently. Soon there will be nobody there who actually has the capability to keep the wheels turning. Instead, it will be a sea of poor management trying to figure out how to put the bits in the the end of the screwdriver between golf tournaments."

What don't you like about working at IKON Office Solutions?

"The technology that you're forced to employ slows you down dramatically. There are also a great many managers who shouldn't have a job, let alone a management job here, due to moral issues. It's the good ole' boy situation, unfortunately."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"All the good managers that were in the area I worked in were also left to fend without a job. The only managers left are all golf buddies who have managed to keep their jobs despite doing nothing of benefit to anyone."
