"Take them at face value. Never trust them."

"My manager was a fool. He didn't know what he was doing most of the time, and when he did know what he was doing it was you who went under the bus. It was a total management suck-face tool."

"Be nicer to the people you have out there working hard for you. Limit the middle management nonsense."

"My immediate manager was extremely helpful and valuable to me. The higher ups were out of touch and more worried about their immediate futures with the company."

"If offered employment, try to find a seasoned account executive to mentor you."

"I disliked the constant direction shifts in management. Effective growth needs to come from a solid strategy, not the need to improve stats of a particular driver every few weeks."

"Focus on who you want to be. Develop a well-thought-out plan, and execute it."
