"Nothing. That is the worst company I ever worked for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay away from VLOC if you don't want a nightmare in your life. VLOC is just a mom's and pop's workshop, not a place where you can grow."

What don't you like about working at II-VI?

"Nothing. Horible management, horible organization, uneducated people are on top positions while highly qualified engineers are just pions that they can kick from one corner to another and manipulate. The general CEO's moto is that experience can compensate for any kind of education, even for a PhD! What else can I say!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No sugestions!!! They don't listen to anyone's sugestions, because they know better what is good for you, and especially what is good for them! They are the most absolutistic management I've seen in my entire career of 20 years."
