General Manager

"This could be a great place to work, if respect was offered"

What do you like about working at IHOP?

"The challenges, the people, cutomers and employees. I enjoy restaurant."

What don't you like about working at IHOP?

"Policies and procedures are only existant to some, Laws are broken regularly, way too much micro managing"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There must be rules, but these rules need to be applied fairly and to all. No matter how bad it gets, you must show your employees the positive to everything. Morale Must be HIGH! Silent Approval is evil, it's just like saying yes you can break the rule. When a manager leaves for the day, they should have a dry throat from coaching, praising, thanking, and contructively criticsizing."
