Food and Beverage Manager

"I worked for IHG for over a year and enjoyed the people-focused atmosphere. The ties the company has all over the world allowed me to me many exciting, different people and be exposed to other cultures. The company culture was wonderful, inclusive and very focused on building a team that all participated in community endeavors or improvements together."

Data Architect

"I worked for Intercontinental Hotel Group for nearly 5 years. The term "Hospitality" wasn't just their business, it was their "Modus Operandi". I felt at home on my very first day and was given the task of designing the Hadoop & Google Data Flow and and table structures for the new Reservation system. When the Virus hit, IHG went overboard in keeping staff as long as possible."

Director of Rooms

"IHG is a great company. However InterContinental Buckhead Executive Leadership needs a lot of improvement. The Executive Directors don't listen to the employees nor support the employees and this is unfortunately why the property is continually dropping on tripadvisor.com and why the property has unsatisfying guest satisfactory scores."

"Great company to work for, great benefits, lots of stuff to do. Not as "friendly" if you're a contractor, you always feel a bit "replaceable". I didn't have the best management direction and there was a lot of being thrown under the bus to CYA, but I feel like that experience was unique to the group I was in. Overall, good company."
