"Only promote people into management after they have been proven to have excellent people skills, and do not try to micromanage everyone."

"During most of my time there, IGT had a large cash flow so the equipment and technologies were plentiful. Made the work environment quite nice."

"Buyer beware. Engineering jobs with them will probably be short lived."

"The risk of layoff. They are moving to offshore development and slowly letting US employees go."

"Foster US growth and forgo offshore work. Be more American."
