"As a game developing studio, Ignis is an awesome start-up! Friendly members and they are all passionate in making games. Animal lovers are a good plus, too!The projects might be going slow at some point but the members are always reaching out to their followers and fans. Hard work is the first line in their bibles."
What do you like about working at Ignis Studios?
"My supervisor is nice and my co-workers and all friendly. Most important of all, we are all game-lovers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be friendly, happy, confident and show that you're good with video games!"
What don't you like about working at Ignis Studios?
"Probably because it's a starting studio, the salary isn't very generous, althought I understand that my boss is trying hard to work on this."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not really, as I'm a bad manager myself, but I live the way they work together with us artists. However I think maybe a little bit more of process flow is needed for faster results. (we tend to discuss too much)"
