"I’ve worked for IFS for a little over 2 years now. They have a really great culture and do a great job emphasizing work-life balance. In the last year or so, the demand for the product has gone up, which means more work for developers. However, we’ve lost close to a dozen developers over the last year, adding to the already full workload of the remaining developers. We have received no extra compensation for this, nor is there any plan on increasing our compensation. That is the one negative of IFS, they don’t show their developers the appreciation we deserve. It all goes to Sales."
