"Worked for IDRT for about 1.5 years. Its a 20+ year old small company with about 6-8 employees, still growing. They specialized in researching and developing technical solutions for converting ASL to English texts and vice versa. They develop learning tools to assist the hearing disabled individuals in schools. Its a good company overall, however, I thought the work place environment wasn't ideal."
