"Really evaluate you professional life. This role would be excellent for a single young professional."

What don't you like about working at Internal Data Resources?

"I did not like the work life balance that IDR had. We were required to attended two weekly workouts, after 6pm, and a monthly team outing. I believe that working out and team building are key aspects of a winning culture, but unfortunately I think those tools where to frequently used."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think giving the team more autonomy to complete tasks. We where given the impression you can do you job any way you want. Only if you do your job this way."
