"You will either sink or swim, don't expect there to be a lot of support, you have to learn everything on your own. Your co-workers will be as helpful as time allows them to be."

"This is a 24/7 job and they will tell you straight up, this is not an 8 to 5 job. They want your blood, and even when you have given it all, they want more."

"Just keep praying the economy will improve and more small business will thrive and be able to take advantage of the products Idearc offers. It is much easier to sell advertising in a better economy and with better sales results, maybe there won't be so much pressure to perform. Hang in there."

"Adminstrative and fulfillment support is weak. And they are not a financially sound company and recently filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy."
