"Working in IDC has been an exceptional experience so far because of great number of reasons. I feel appreciated here and I really like the communication and expectations the company needs. My pay is great and I receive it on every 2 weeks. The upper management respects and if you perform well you will get compensated accordingly. There are a lot of people here earning a lot of money. I work as a recruiter successfully for over 4 months now. Lovely working environment in which anyone can advance his career. Hope to continue working for a long time."

"Several months ago I got a contracting job from IDC that required relocation. When I was relocated the company that I needed to work for terminated the job. I was felt frustrated, even though IDC covered the relocation costs. This wasn't IDC's fault but I was still frustrated. However, IDC acted fast. They have immediately found me another position and covered all of my costs for the relocation and new position. This happens rarely but it is a normal thing in the industry. IDC can't do anything about it except don't work with that company again, but I liked how they still were able to remedy the situation so I'm calmer!"

"Simplify the time management for multi-tiered contractors. Accounting for time once is enough."
