"IDC technologies review: The CEO directly hired me to work for them as a Business Analysis consultant around 9 months ago. IDC technology called me up for an interview, which I passed and just like that I was hired on contract. The pay they were offering for the project was better than what anyone else was offering for the same, so I took the offer. Throughout the project I was guided very nicely by my seniors, they communicated with me extremely effectively and the best thing about it was, I got my pay without issue. Totally looking forward to continued work with them."

"Undisclosed Client (Health insurance) - Contract companies really do not oversee at all."

"Contractor - Contract ending; For the actual company... Too many time reporting levels"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Simplify the time management for multi-tiered contractors. Accounting for time once is enough."
