"I worked here for about a year and a half. Idahoan is definitely a company that takes care of their employees. They offer great benefits and provide holiday pay for about 7 holidays a year. The hours are a little intense 12-hour shifts in the packaging side of the facility but I only work 3-4 days a week. I honesty enjoy working here, its a great atmosphere and my coworkers are incredible. There isn't a ton of room for moving up, but they have truly treated me well. They really value loyalty."
"A strong company with a great product. Unfortunately it is led emotionally and senior management is pretty dishonest with the employees. There is a serious lack of commitment to long-term viability."
