"Rather than avoid the mythical man myth, iCentris prefers to hire one good US developer for every 10 non-U.S. developer. They have a bunch of rails engines hacked together, but no team cohesion. I constantly spend my time cleaning up other's mistakes. My talent is under-rated and rather than spending the majority of my time actually producing a viable product, I'm left wandering in the social politics of the office "untouchables"."
"I've worked for iCentris since 2016. When I first started it felt like a great company to work for, a family environment where everyone looked out for each other. Since then they have had 4 rounds of layoffs, taking us from over 100 employees to about 20. The executive team no longer comes to the office and several clients have been lost."
