"IC-CAP is a great company to work for, they treat you like family and appreciate the work that you do for them. They do not bind you to a desk day but instead let you work at your own pace, if you get your job done and your hours in, they will leave you alone. It is a unique work environment. I love working there but the hours they offer are not traditional. I get treated so well by my managers it breaks my heart knowing that I need to leave but I need more hours and this company cannot provide that right now so if you do not mind only working 10 to 20 hours a week this company is perfect for you. I highly recommend them."
