"I didn't interview. We were outsourced from another company and we just changed employers. IBM hired all of us and eventually will get rid of all of us."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Layers and layers of bureaucracy. More concerned about processes and procedures than doing the right thing for the customer. My manager at IBM was the worst manager I have ever worked for, ever!"

"And this is for all management in all companies. Take care of your employees and they will take care of you."
