"The different quality areas which is used for gathering SDLC cycle data. Which gives the exact data to improve."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"If it's a new version of Clear quest it's very useful but old versions won't support to tag different phases and approvals in that, hence old version is not that flexible to work."

"Try to include everything which is part of SDLC cycle process example some trends of defect, etc."

"Billable hours targets continually increasing, jobs being offshored under the name workforce rebalancing, subjective nature of the PBC appraisal process."

"Set reasonable hours targets, stop offshoring jobs, scrap the PBC process as it is not quantifiable to employees."
