"Give up the idea, the future is not Java, it is .Net, go to Microsoft's solution."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"There is no room or possibility for those who are not bilingual. Comparing with small company, personal performance will be buried much easier there. Finally IBM is more interesting to move as much as they can to India to cut cost, and middle level managers have no idea on how to merge the product into the main product line."

"Hire right people as manager who know the product very well."
