"Lack of clear direction after IBM takeover, hence uncertainty and low morale in work environment."

"IBM is a very nice company to work for. Because the company is so large, there is a multitude of opportunities for advancement, and they tend to promote from within."

"I came to IBM through their acquisition of Lotus Development Corp. They kept Lotus' key product offerings. The work was interesting and challenging."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"It's been a few years since working there. I think my main reason for leaving is the commute to Cambridge, and IBM / Lotus was the company I began my career with and I wanted to check out some other companies and environments."

"I can't think of any."

"Compensation, BS politics for promotion path, and internal politics. Do not leverage from IBM World wide experiences."

"See the bigger picture!!! IBM world wide is a success.. Why is not Ireland!"
