What do you like about working at IBM?

"Nothing. You are just a number. They need you, they keep you. They do not need you, they release you. Even if you have 31 years with IBM. There is NO respect for individual."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get a job with another company if you can. IBM is NOT the IBM I knew 10 years ago."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Most of the local managers are managers from the companies which IBM takes over the services. Then you have no IBMers to manage you without any IBM education."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get back to old good IBM management which respected people."
