"Don't bother unless you are right out of school and want to have an impressive entry on your resume when you move on to greener pastures."

"Petty and arbitrary management style. Heavy bureaucracy layers. No real concern for the customer, only the ability to generate billable hours."

"The manager(s) that handle performance reviews have, in most cases, never met you and know nothing about you or your work performance. This is not right."

"Diversity and varying challenges that were presented at a wide variety of client engagements."

"some times the extensive travel was wearing - it would have been nice to work locally for awhile."

"remember the people that are engaged at the client sites - we make YOUR MONEY. not the back office administrative (HR) people. compensate the guy on the road better."
