What don't you like about working at IBM?

"1) Nonproductive activities are required in order to increase hours billable to the customer. 2) On my projects, the number of managers has usually been at least double and sometimes quadruple the number of workers. 3) There is a lot of talk about processes and procedures but almost no emphasis upon actually doing the work. 4) The 45-hour work week is history. 5) An employee in the United States is constantly aware that his or her job could go oversees, so there is little long-term planning on the part of any employee."
