"After getting hired and working at ibm, my hiring manager retired two months later. After about a year, new CEO came in and ordered a massive layoff. The new manager chose me to let go of even though I was most knowledgeable and assigned lead in 3 new aspects of the application, all of which I had successfully implemented. It was also obvious my manager was outsourcing my work to people in Brazil. A lot of old timers also don't listen to new members such as myself. Team was very disorganized with sloppy code and long hours."
