"I've worked at IBM since January of 2017. I was truly proud to work for such a great company with a reputation to match. Although I was given the opportunity to succeed, my group was restructured many times for no rhyme or reason. I found it difficult establish myself and build a brand within my specific group due to so many changes. I was ultimately let go because of a Resource Action workforce reduction to GTS services. I felt that this was imminent my whole career there and that did not make me feel secure no matter how hard I worked and how much I achieved."
