"I've worked for IBM for 11 years under the leadership of 2 CEOs and while I believe that the executive management has a vision, the ability of the managers under them to execute on this vision is virtually non-existent. They put managers in place, who are not leaders and are not experienced in the domains in which they are managing. Their decisions are notoriously myopic."

"I've worked for IBM as a coop intern and the company did teach me a lot. At a huge company, they do care about the future of our human being and I am very glad to have an opportunity to work there. As a Core Software Developer, I dealt with clients complained issues as well as create new features. I worked both in a team and individually, people worked in IBM are all very helpful and easy-going."

"Worked from IBM since 2017. I interned and then was hired full-time. I went through the Summit program which was an intense 6 month sales training program. It was such an amazing learning experience to have right after college. Now I work with financial services companies."

"I worked for IBM for 5.5 years. The first 3 years were with LATAM sales and support. I traveled extensively to Latin America to meet with new prospects and existing clients. These were my best 3 years at IBM. The last 2 years I was in a role that did not require traveling. It was basically growth on existing accounts."
