"I worked with IBEX over the last couple months. It's a good company with a role fit for everything going on currently in the world during the covid 19 pandemic. I'm appreciative of the opportunity but I'm looking for something more that I can make a difference in. I do love helping customers and know I'm able to help solve their tech issues. The training has been hectic to say the least but very well thought out for the most part."

What don't you like about working at ibex?
"I don't like work schedule which is Not flexible. bcs sometimes as a developer you might have problem that you want to work early in the morning, to night or any time."

"For developer, knowing what to expect, supportive manager, flexible work schedule and motivation are very important. motivation might not be always increasing salary/ training. depending on the time and person might be vary."
