"Be open, cool and ask questions especially if one is not attuned to a much different business culture."

What don't you like about working at Hyundai Motors?

"The only real issue was with asoicated personnel. this ws an ecleckict group who were out of control, making issues and decisions time consuming and wasteful. Did not appreciate senior managers looking the other way attitude. I left the compay due to parental health issues and came back to assist."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more supportive and manage the outlying regions to the same levels of excellence expected in the home office."
