"HydroChemPSC is a nice place to work in. Management ensures all training is completed to employees and provides additional training if needed. The Radius Support Team is readily available to help during turnarounds or any period needed when completed jobs that may last up to 4 weeks. Management also encourages employees to take any accrued vacation to spend quality time with family, friends or when finding time for yourself. I love it to hear it's just the compensation is far less than what I am accustomed to."
