"I have worked for HYDAC for 2 years. The quality of people working for HYDAC is wonderful, the management is good and the general atmosphere of the company is comfortable if you're a good worker. There is not much room for advancement in the company and there is no reward for going the extra mile. Due to the great atmosphere I would rank this among the best of jobs one could expect in this field of work, as long as advancement is not a priority."
