"A decent company to work for early career. Knowledgable enough to know when change is needed, but slow to make changes."
"I've worked at HYDAC for the last 3 years, starting out as an entry level engineer, working my way up to project engineer. The company has a very rigid culture and doesn't allow for open creativity. The senior level employees can shut down ideas at will and it makes it hard to develop new products."
"I have worked for HYDAC for 2 years. The quality of people working for HYDAC is wonderful, the management is good and the general atmosphere of the company is comfortable if you're a good worker. There is not much room for advancement in the company and there is no reward for going the extra mile. Due to the great atmosphere I would rank this among the best of jobs one could expect in this field of work, as long as advancement is not a priority."
