What don't you like about working at Hybrid Design Associates?

"They do not care for their employees for the most part. All they want is people to fill the seats, and get product out. Any waves made, of any kind, tend to get the management to find ways to get rid of you. This is not a good company to work for, unless you really need the money, or are happy just sitting and not having anything to do with other people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look around and see that your employees are very unhappy with their jobs. This causes increased mistakes, lower job performance/decreased productivity, and increased cost due to re-work. Also, the forced voluntary overtime contributes to these factors.Look for ways to improve your employees enjoyment of their jobs, and you will find increased productivity, fewer mistakes, and less returns of faulty product."
