"I hate losing tools, working with a laptop in a rainstorm driving a bazillion miles in rush hour traffic across three major metropolises (sp?) on a Friday night and being too exhausted to go out with friends. However, there's nothing better than being a hero and garnishing accolades from happy customers. As well as maintaining trust and familiarity with customers over a period of years."

What do you like about working at Therma?

"I like the team environment and also like independence on job sites."

"This is a great company to work for, do your due diligence and be committed to your team."

What don't you like about working at Therma?

"Not enough hours scheduled in a week to meet my minimum salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only advice I have for management is to schedule jobs in order by location to bring down fuel and vehicle usage costs."

"I like the enviroment and the people that I work with."

"This is a good company to work for. I have never had any problems with management."

"No room for advancement opportunities. Pay scale is not competitive"

"You need to educate your techs on equipment before you install large quanities."

"some co-workers, being able to finish a job which is rare"

"find a larger company that will make you feel appreciated, unless you like working for someone who has no expectations for the work they do for customers, but will lay it at your feet when the customer is not satisfied"

"management is self serving, most employees will sacrifice others to save face, polices are not well defined and are changed at a moments notice when it is beneficial of ownership"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"set more realistic expectations, improve the quality of work, make the employees feel like an investment and not an expense"
