"I've worked for Husch Blackwell for two years and think the quality of associates is impressive. There's a collegial atmosphere amongst attorneys, and a general work hard/play hard attitude. There has been significant changes in recent years to the general structure of teams, which can be a bit challenging to adapt to."
"HB has a small application development team that supports the entire firm. Most of the applications are built in legacy technology that really needs to be updated but no focus has been given to it. Many of these applications have high dependency on the developer that created them creating a situation where if that person left the firm, it would take a very long time for others to step in, get up to speed and provide support."
