"I like the responsibilities, managing every single detail with the designer and consultant engineers, it was really enjoyable bumping into different types of issues. I needed to find the answers through sketches, mathematical solutions, and renderings, that's exactly what I studied for. I love it!"

What don't you like about working at Huntsman Cancer Institute?

"Not being part of the big picture, I would it liked to be involve more with the client, tenant and other decision makers. I was stuck to the office SC, DD, CD work only, I wanted more responsibilities."

"Let your team get more involve, let them learn and practice directly with the upper management. Let them be the best a what they do."
